Google Nexus 5Right from the moment, when there was a news leak about the Google Nexus 5 Release, tech fans all across the world have been on an anxious wait, to experience and pocket this wonder phone from Google. After much rumor and speculation, it appears that Google is now ultimately ready to launch its much anticipated Nexus 5, towards the end of this October. Recently, the US Google Play also briefly listed the phone on their website, with a price tag that read “starting at $349″, but sadly, whoever followed the link didn’t really find much luck! Whether this was a publicity stunt by Google to put an end to all the rumors, or was just a random mistake, is a debate that only time will resolve! But till then, we bring to you a quick review of Google Nexus 5, to help you realize what to expect from the gadget.

The rumored Google Nexus 5 specifications:

The much awaited Google Nexus 5 is rumored to release alongside the Nexus 5 and Nexus 10, all of which, will feature the right-out-of-the-box, improved, Android Kitkat 4.4 version. Since this latest version from Android is yet to be launched into the market, and would be introduced with the Nexus 5, techies worldwide believe that both the releases would either be side by side or very close together, the version preceding the gadget by only a few days!

With a few leaked images of the Nexus 5 now circulating online, it is clear that the phone would be mostly long and slim, but with a slight bulge around the primary camera. The Nexus 5, is also believed to be featuring a handsome full HD, IPS LCD display, close to about 5 inches, and would presumably run on the Qualcomm-Snapdragon-800 quad-core-processor. The phone would probably have a 2GB internal memory, expandable upto 16 and 32GB, depending on the model. Like Nexus 4, this phone would also be sporting bright colors, and would be priced anything between $399 and $449, depending on memory capacity of the model.

Conclusion:

Even before the phone has actually hit the stores, case manufactures have already designed and launched stylish cases for the Google Nexus 5, many of which are already up for sale on Amazon. All this further substantiates the rumors regarding the speculated Google Nexus 5 release around the 28th of October! But with Google remaining mum on the matter, and no other news being available, all that you and we can do, is wait for the phone to actually release, before we can give a verdict on the same!
